Liwei M0008P155 Diesel Injector Nozzle – Ultra-Fine Atomisation for High-Efficiency Euro 6d Diesel Engines

In modern high-efficiency diesel engines, particulate emissions are influenced not only by the combustion strategy but also by the fuel droplet size at the point of injection – finer droplets evaporate more rapidly, promoting homogeneous combustion and reducing soot formation. The Liwei M0008P155 is a precision-ground nozzle engineered with a 155° spray angle and an 8-hole configuration with 0.155 mm diameter orifices – the smallest orifice diameter in the Liwei range – delivering ultra-fine atomisation with a droplet SMD of approximately 16 µm, significantly finer than the 20–22 µm typical of standard nozzles. This fine atomisation reduces ignition delay and promotes more complete combustion, contributing to lower particulate emissions and improved fuel economy. The nozzle's static flow is 650 cc/min at 100 bar, making it suitable for 1.6L to 2.0L diesel engines in Euro 6d and subsequent emissions standards, where particulate control is a primary design priority.
